Itinerary

Day 1:
During the day: Welcome at the airport (in different flights if neccesary) and transfers to LA DEHESA B&B / 7pm: Dinner for who arrive before 6pm.

Day 2:
6:30am: Breakfast / 7:15am: Departure to Zarcero's organic vegetables farm / 12pm: Lunch / 2pm: Visit San Ramón Sugar Project / 6pm: Dinner and return to LA DEHESA.

Day 3:
7:30am: Breakfast / 8:15am: Departure to Atenas organic beekeping project / 12pm: Lunch / 4pm: Return to LA DEHESA 6:30pm: Dinner.

Day 4:
6:30am: Breakfast / 7:15am: Departure to AFAORCA organic coffee plantation / 12pm: Lunch / 2pm: departure to Turrialba and lodging there / 7pm: Dinner.

Day 5:
7am: Breakfast / 8am: Visit to Cheese and Coffee Projects / 12pm: Lunch / 3pm: Departure to MANU lodge / 6:30pm: Dinner and live music.

Day 6:
7am: Breakfast / Day in MANU: speeches about organic production / 12:30pm: Lunch / 2:30pm: speeches about organic production / 6:30pm: Dinner and Folkloric dances.

Day 7:
7am: Breakfast / 8am: Departure to Cariari- visiting a couple of integral organic farms in the area / 12:30pm: Lunch / 2pm: Visit to properties dedicated to Natural Medicine / Retun to MAN / 6:30am: Dinner and Tropical Music (salca, cumbia, meregue).

Day 8:
6am: Breakfast / 6:45am: Departure to San Luis in Guacimo, visiting a flowers project / 10:15am: Visit a convencional banana or pineapple plantation / 12:30pm: Lunch in Africa community / 2pm: Visit the tubercles and roots projects in Jiménez Village / Return to MANU / 6:30pm: Dinner.

Day 9:
6:20am: Breakfast / 6710am: Departure to Cahuita area / 10am: Arrive to Hone Creek to visit APPTA organic banana plantations / 12pm: Lunch / 2pm: isit APPTA organic cocoa plantations / 6pm: Lodging in Casa Calateas / 6:30pm: Dinner.

Day 10:
5:30am: Sunrise walk in the paths of Casa Calateas / 7:30am: Breakfast / 9am: Tour to Cahuita National Park / 12:30pm: Lunch and free afternoon / 3:45pm: return to Casa Calateas / 6:30pm: Dinner / 8pm: Reggae night in Puerto Viejo.

Day 11:
6am: Breakfast / 7:45am: Departure to Sarapiqui and visit and lunch in El Corazon de la Palma farm. A short speech about their products / 2:30pm: Continue to San Marcos de Cutriz, where the group will stay with the families / 6:30pm: Dinner.

Day 12:
Day in San Marcos: the group will enjoy of the daily traditional activities of this families.

Day 13:
Day in San Marcos: the group will enjoy of the daily traditional activities of this families.

Day 14:
7am: Breakfast / 8am: Departure to Arenal Volcano, lodging in Jardines del Arenal Lodge / Lunch in El Novillo Alegre Restaurant / Visit ECOTERMALES hotsprings, the lake and a tour to see the active volcano are included / 8pm: Dinner in La Fortuna Town.

Day 15:
6am: Breakfast / 6:45am: Departure to Mal País Beach in Nicoya Peninsula / Lunch in the way / 7pm: Dinner and lodging in Sunset Reef.

Day 16:
Day in Mal País- breakfast and dinners are included.

Day 17:
Day in Mal País- breakfast and dinners are included.

Day 18:
7:30am: Breakfast / 9am: Departure to Heredia / 1pm: Lunch in the way / Lodging in LA DEHESA B&B / 7pm: Dinner.

Day 19:
Breakfast / Transfer to the airport.
